Description: This handsome fellow here is a "fan character" of sorts. He's a creature that resembles a dragon, but technically isn't one, and his species is courtesy of a great friend of mine!

Obviously, this is a purely personal piece. I've been wanting to redesign Soliss for a while now, and finally got down to it! I admit, however, that coloring him in was gloriously fun. So much blue!
